On August 8th, Jia Qing addressed the rumors linking her to Zhan Haoli, the ex-husband of Wang Likan, stating: “Rumors should end with the wise; there's no need to constantly make us girls the subject of idle chatter! Why not check out my new drama instead? It's my first time as a producer, and I'm fully focused on my work.”
Previously, online reports had suggested that Jia Qing had been in a relationship with Zhan Haoli, Wang Likan's former spouse. It was alleged that in 2018, Zhan transferred nearly 1.2 million yuan to Jia Qing, funds which were purportedly obtained from a separate fraud case prior to his notorious school district housing scam.
